This closure of the Trading Window occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on September 12th, 2017 to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30th, 2017.
All the insiders and their immediate relatives are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above regulations, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from September 5th, 2017 to September 14th, 2017 (both days inclusive).
