| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated August 12, 2013 regarding voluntarily delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from the U.P. Stock Exchange Ltd., Kanpur, Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd has now informed BSE that in terms of Regulation 6(a) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, the Equity Shares of the Company have been voluntarily delisted from the U.P. Stock Exchange Ltd, Kanpur, w.e.f. August 07, 2014.
Further, the Equity Shares of the Company would be tradable and continue to remain listed at the BSE Limited, Mumbai having nationwide trading terminals, for facilitating liquidity to the, Shareholders. |
