| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/06/2016 08:24:00 | Xchanging Solutions Ltd has informed BSE regarding the Proposal for Voluntary delisting of the equity shares of the Company from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Delisting Proposal) and in furtherance of the meeting of the board of directors of the Company on May 11, 2016, please note that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company is scheduled for June 6, 2016 to, inter alia, review the due diligence certificate provided by the merchant banker i.e. Karvy Investor Services Limited (expected to be received from the merchant banker prior to the aforesaid date) and proceed in accordance with regulation 8(1C) of the Delisting Regulations.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from June 1, 2016 to the closing hours of June 8, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
