| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/02/2017 17:48:59 | Regency Investments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To take on record the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended December 31, 2016.
2. A meeting of the members of the Audit Committee will also be held on the same date prior to the Board Meeting to review the Un-Audited Financial Results for quarter ended December 31, 2016.
3. Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window will be closed for trading in Company's equity shares for Designated Persons from February 03, 2017 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended December 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
