1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2010 and the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Director and Auditors, thereon.
2. Reappointment of Mr. Mohammed Shahid Aftab, as Director.
3. Appointment of M/s. GRV & PK Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company. |
