1. Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 (Q1) along with the Limited Review Report thereon.
2. To Consider Interim Dividend, if any, for the year 2017-18.
3. Convening of 34th Annual General Meeting to be held for the financial year 2016-17.
4. Consideration of Natco Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 (NATSOP 2017) under SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
Further note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from July 31, 2017 to August 09, 2017 (both days inclusive). Trading window will be opened from August 10, 2017. |
