Mill Ltd has informed BSE that in order to strengthen the source for Green Power through Co-gen to facilitate 100% self sufficiency in captive consumption, the Company participates in the Sugar cum Co-gen Project established by "K.P.R. Sugar Mill Limited" at Bijapur District, Karnataka by making it as the Company's Subsidiary Company.
Accordingly, with effect from June 27, 2011, "K.P.R. Sugar Mill Limited" has become the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of K.P.R. Mill Limited, as it holds entire Share Capital of K.P.R. Sugar Mill Limited. |
