| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kandagiri Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE regarding the appointment of Ms. Asifa J, holding the prescribed qualification under section 2(45) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 2(1) of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Secretary) Rules, 1988 as Company Secretary with effect from February 14, 2014 as approved by the Company's Board Resolution.
Further the Company has informed that, Company Secretary of the Company shall act as Compliance officer of the Company for performing all the duties as prescribed under clause 47(a) of the SEBI listing agreement. |
