Software (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the mistake was in the first page of the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the period ending December 31, 2015 under column ‘Particulars’ at point no. 14 i.e. Share of Profit / (Loss) of Associates” the amount should be read as in INR Lacs ‘29' instead of ‘2009’ mistakably typed.
Now the Company has submitted Revised Financial Results for Dec 31, 2015. |
