Further, the trading window in respect of the Company's Securities in terms of Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed with effect from July 24, 2015 till August 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting. |
