| Exchange Disseminated Time | STL Global Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sumit Garg, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company and in his place the Company has appointed Mr. Manil Kumar Nagar, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as 'Company Secretary & Compliance Officer’ of the Company, effective from July 16, 2015.
Hence pursuant to the provisions of Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement Mr. Manil Kumar Nagar is designated as ‘Company Secretary & Compliance Officer'; of the Company with effect from July 16, 2015. |
