| Exchange Received Time 29/12/2017 18:58:43 Exchange Disseminated Time 29/12/2017 18:58:51 Time Taken 00:00:08 | Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2018 to consider, inter alia, and to take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine-month period ending on December 31, 2017.
The Bank will hold Investors' / Analysts' Conference Call after the Board Meeting on January 11, 2018. The transcript / audiocast of the Conference Call will be hosted on the Bank's website at www.indusind.com.
In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' formulated by the Bank, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Bank has accordingly been closed from Tuesday, December 26, 2017, and shall remain closed upto two Trading Days after the date of disclosure of the Unaudited Financial Results for the above-mentioned period.
The 'Trading Window Closure Period' has been notified to all Insiders, viz., Employees, Promoters, Directors, and other Connected Persons, well in advance.
