Board recommends Final Dividend

DCM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2013, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 3.05 Crores (including dividend tax) During the year, the Company has paid interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 (15%) per equity share aggregating to Rs. 3.03 Crores (including Dividend tax) thereby making total dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 6.08 Crores (including divided tax) for the financial year ended March 31, 2013. The said recommended final dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid before August 17, 2013.
