1. Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation of Bodal Agrotech Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary company) with Bodal Chemicals Ltd (BCL), subject to requisite approvals.
2. The Board of Directors has declared 2nd interim dividend @ Rs. 0.40 per equity share (i.e. 20%) on the face value of Rs. 2/- per share, for the financial year 2015-16. |
