November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 and Scheme of Demerger.
Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Specified Persons from October 30, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the specified persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities or deal in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
