| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Company's application to the Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh (the 'ROC'), the Company has got approval from the ROC under Section 210 (4) of the Companies Act, 1956, vide order dated February 17, 2012, for extension of six (6) months in the accounting year and thereby, permitting the Company to close its accounting year on September 30, 2012. Therefore, the Current Financial Year of the Company will be from April 01, 2011 to September 30, 2012. |
