The promoter company SKM Animal Feeds and Foods (India) Ltd is a closely held public ltd company owned by the promoters of SKM Egg Products Export (India) Ltd. Now the entire 1,06,20,000 Equity Shares owned by SKM Animal Feeds and Foods (India)Ltd is proposed to be transferred to the promoter director Shri SKM. Shree Shivkumar under family partition.
