Pursuant to the order dated April 18, 2017, passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, the separate meetings of equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the Company were held at Sir Sayajirao Nagargruh, Akota, Vadodara- 390 020, Gujarat on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 10.15 a.m. and 11: 15 a.m. respectively, for approving the Scheme of Arrangement among Sun Pharma Medisales Private Limited, Ranbaxy Drugs Limited, Gufic Pharma Limited, Vidyut Investments Limited and the Company and their respective members and creditors.

The resolution approving the Scheme of Arrangement was passed with requisite majority at the respective meetings of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors.
