| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Balance Sheet as at that date and the reports of the Directors and the Auditors.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. B. Vijayakumar & Mr. C. S. K. Prabhu, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Reddy, Goud & Janardhan, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
