| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/05/2016 16:45:35 | Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, to consider and Approve the followings:-
- To approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend if any on Equity Shares and 15% on Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares.
Further, pursuant to the Listing Agreement and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 to consider and approve, among others, audited financial statement for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend for the Financial Year .
All the designated directors, employees and connected persons are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during this period. |
