| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to earlier announcement dated April 12, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern For March 31, 2014, Vakrangee Ltd has now informed BSE that, the Company had allotted 2,50,00,000 fully convertible warrants on February 25, 2014 to M/s. Vakrangee Capital Private Limited, one of the Promoter companies of Vakrangee Limited on Preferential basis. However, while submitting the Shareholding pattern under Clause 35 of the Listing Agreement, the aforesaid information was erroneously missed. Hence the Company has re-submitted revised Shareholding pattern for the said period. |
