1. Approved copy of the petition to be filed with Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh for reduction of capital (From face value of Rs 10/- to Rs 1/- fully paid up).
2. Appointed M/s. V S Raju & Advocates to act as counselors for the purpose of court filings and other necessary and incidental things to reduce the Share Capital.
3. Mr. D Sree Rama Raju, Managing Director of the Company authorized to sign, execute the deeds and forms necessary for the above purposes. |
