| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/06/2016 18:06:18 | Saregama India Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Dividend in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 22, 2016 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from July 22, 2016 to July 25, 2016 (both days inclusive).
Thus Directors and all the Designated Employees cannot trade (purchase / sell) in Company's shares during the said period.
