As per para 2.6 and 2.7 of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016, the Company may submit its Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter / half year ended 30th September, 2017 to the Stock Exchanges by 14th December, 2017.
In accordance with the above, the Company proposes to hold the meeting of the Board of Directors for approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter / half year ended 30th September, 2017 on or before 14th December, 2017.
