| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated January 28, 2015, regarding Book Closure from February 19, 2015 to February 24, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on February 24, 2015, Shree Hanuman Sugar & Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that on account of unavoidable circumstances, the Annual General Meeting of the Company conveyed on February 24, 2015 at 3.00 p.m., has been postponed. The postponed date of the Annual General Meeting will be informed separately.
However, the book closure dates declared in the aforesaid announcement from February 19, 2015 & February 24, 2015 for the purpose of dividend will remain unchanged. |
