5. Remuneration To Mr. Binoy Shah, Relative of Whole Time Director Under Section 314 of the Companies Act, 1956.
6. Remuneration To Mrs. Ami Shah, Relative of Whole Time Director Under Section 314 of The Companies Act, 1956.
7. Remuneration To Mrs. Iia Shah, Relative of Whole Time Director Under Section 314 of the Companies Act, 1956.
8. Remuneration To Mrs. Pragna Shah, Relative of Whole Time Director Under Section 314 of The Companies Act, 1956.
Duly completed the Postal Ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before March 31, 2012.
