With respect to the above referred consent application, as advised by SEBI, please find attached the modified shareholding pattern(s) of Indiabulls Financial Services Limited (which got merged with Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited pursuant to and in terms of Hon'ble Delhi High Court's order dated 12th December 2012), for the quarters, from 31st December, 2010 till 30th June, 2012. This is without prejudice to our submissions made earlier in the above mentioned consent application.
