| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kaushalya Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2008, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Increase in the remuneration of Mr. Prashant Mehra, Managing Director of the Company for the remaining period of his tenure of office, with effect from April 01, 2008, as set out in the Explanatory Statement annexed to the Notice convening the meeting, with liberty to the Board of Directors ("the Board") to alter and vary the terms of remuneration, subject to the same not exceeding the limits specified under Schedule XIII to the Companies Act, 1956 or statutory modification(s) or reenactment thereof.
2. Increase in the remuneration of Mr. Sidh Nath Mehra, Whole Time Director of the Company for the remaining period of his tenure of office, with effect from April 01, 2008, as set out in the Explanatory Statement annexed to the Notice convening the meeting, with liberty to the Board of Directors ("the Board") to alter and vary the terms of remuneration, subject to the same not exceeding the limits specified under Schedule XIII to the Companies Act, 1956 or statutory modification(s) or reenactment thereof.
