Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors, is scheduled on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, to consider the various options and recommendations of the committee constituted for the said purpose and to take appropriate decisions, as required.
We further wish to inform that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window, for dealing in securities of the Company, has been closed and shall remain closed till February 16, 2018.
