1. Approved the Appointment of Dr. Ajit Shetty as Additional Independent Director.
2. Accepted the Resignation of Dr. Sudhirkumar Despande as Independent Director.
3. Accepted the Resignation of Ms. Keenjal Zaveri as Compliance Officer and Approved the appointment of Ms. Kanchan Parab as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from October 29, 2013.
4. Approved the Reconstitution of the of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Shareholders and Investor Grievance Committee by appointment of Dr. Ajit Shetty in place of Dr. Sudhirkumar Deshpande. |
