| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Re-appointment of Shri Ashish Bajaj as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Superpack Division of the Company Under Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013;
2. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor M/s. Siddarth Sipani & Associates, Company Secretary, Nagpur for the Financial Year 2015-16 pursuant to Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013;
3. Adopted the Uniform Listing Agreement pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015;
4. Adopted the Policy for preservation of documents pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015;
5. Adopted the Policy for material event/ information disclosed to the Stock Exchange pursuant to Regulation 30(8) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015. |
