"Bollywood news, the best of Hindi film music and now hit films- E 24 has emerged as a complete Bollywood channel. A treat to all Hindi film lovers, E 24 will now feature hit films twice a day on Saturdays and Sundays. The time slot dedicated to Hindi films has been titled “Studio 24” with the by line “Reel Gets Real".
E 24, the flagship channel of B.A.G. Glamour Ltd (A subsidiary of B.A.G. Films & Media Ltd) within a year has achieved many feats ever since its inception in March 2008. Launched as Bollywood’s first news channel, it succeeded in creating a new genre in television programming. It fast gained ground in Bollywood entertainment with its unique programming and packaging. The channel moved on to showcasing popular film songs- the sing along Karaoke way which caught on well with the music loving audience. With Studio 24, the channel showcases Bollywood in totality.
Commenting on the launch of Studio 24, Programming Head E24- Ashish Chadha stated, “After Bollywood news and music, featuring movies on the channel was the logical step forward. With Studio 24, the channel completes its transition to a complete Bollywood channel.” |
