Now the Company has informed that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company has postponed the Annual General Meeting and the same will now be held on July 29, 2009. Therefore, the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 22, 2009 to July 29, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & AGM. |
