| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding the Company shall be furnishing the Audited Financial Results for the year ending March 31, 2010 within three months from year ended March 31, 2010 instead of furnishing the quarterly un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010, Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd has now informed BSE that, however, considering SEBI's circular dated April 05, 2010, the Company has now decided to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2010.
Accordingly, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 06, 2010, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2010 and to consider other business matters. |
