    Following documents are enclosed herewith:-
    1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and 6 months ended 30 June, 2017, and
    2. A Limited Review Report of the above financial results.

    The Board of Directors of the Company has declared a 1st interim dividend of Rs. 6.00 (60%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.

    Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date for the purpose of payment of the 1st interim dividend will be 5 August, 2017.

    The interim dividend will be paid / despatched to the shareholders on or before 18 August, 2017.

    The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1230 hours and concluded at 1500 hours.
