Ltd. being wrongly mentioned as Nil shareholding in the Notice of the earlier Extra - Ordinary General Meeting held on January 08, 2010, the consent of the Company be and is hereby accorded to rectify the said Pre - Preferential shareholding of 340 shares held by M/s. Nipra Financial Services Pvt. Ltd, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
