- To Approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the Second quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Preservation of Insider Trading framed by the Company Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from November 03, 2016 to November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e., 48 hours from the date of meeting in which the results are communicated to the Stock Exchange.
