| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2014 and also to consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2014.
Further, in terms of provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the “Trading Window’ For trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 22, 2014 and will open 24 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on May 30, 2014. |
