The Board of Directors accepted resignation of Mr. Ghate and noted that he shall hold the said office till closure of business hours of December 31, 2016.
The Board also placed on record their appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Mr. Ghate during his tenure as the Whole-time Director & Company Secretary of the Company. |
