| Exchange Disseminated Time | Raasi Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2011 inter alia, have transact to the following:
1. Adopted the Balance Sheet for the year ended on 31if March, 2011 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointed Sri R. Ravichandran, Sri S. Ramkumar and Sri P.V.R.L. Narasimha Raju as Directors of the Company as they were eligible to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointed M/s. M. Bhaskara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company till conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting (AGM). |
