1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results along with Limited Review thereon, of the company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017.
2. To discuss and approve the voluntary delisting of Equity Shares from Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited.
Further, as per the “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from February 02, 2018 to closing of the business hour on February 12, 2018 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017. |
