| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/03/2016 13:08:54 | Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2016, inter alia, to assess (i) the valuation of certain fixed assets and consider plausibility of impairment of such fixed assets and (ii) status of recovery from certain debtors and to identify unrecoverable loans.
Further, as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees, Directors and other Connected Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Specified Persons will remain closed from March 10, 2016 to March 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
Accordingly, all the Insiders (including directors, officers and employers), as per the Code and others who have come into the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidently or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. |
