| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/12/2016 10:08:14 | Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held on December 13, 2016, inter alia, to take on record and approve the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended on September 30, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016-17.
Further, a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on December 13, 2016 prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial results.
Further, pursuant to Company's "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company's equity shares for Designated Persons from December 06, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended on September 30, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016-17. |
