| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/07/2016 11:26:06 | CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 02, 2016, at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 for all Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company and their dependents from July 26, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
