| Exchange Disseminated Time | Goldstone Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, have:
1. accorded its consent for entering into the business of Electric Buses and approved the agreement with one of the largest manufacturers of Electric Buses from China, for introducing pure Electric Buses in certain markets of India.
2. noted that the Company has received an order for 765 kV & 400 kV Composite Insulators from a prestigious customer in India for approximately Rs. 35.50 Crores. The Order shall be executed over a period of 18 months. This is the largest order ever received by the Company. |
