1. Resignation of Dr. Steffen Berns, Managing Director from the close of office hours on December 31, 2016, consequent to assuming a new position in Robert Bosch, Germany.
2. Redesignated Mr. Soumitra Bhattacharya, Joint Managing Director as Managing Director of the Company from January 01, 2017 to June 30, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. He is not related to any director of the Company.
3. Resignation of Dr. Andreas Wolf as an Alternate Director to Mr. Peter Tyroller from the close of office hours on December 31, 2016.
4. Appointment of Dr. Andreas Wolf as an Additional director and Joint Managing Director of the Company from January 01, 2017 to February 28, 2019, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. He is not related to any director of the Company. |
