Haribhakti & Co. LLP (Firm Registration Number - 103523W/ W100048) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders, in place of the retiring auditors - M/s. Manubhai & Shah LLP, for 5 years from the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 27th AGM of the Company, to be ratified by shareholders every year at AGM. |
