| Exchange Disseminated Time | Birla Ericsson Optical Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 and also the proposal for recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code of the Company from May 04, 2015 to May 17, 2015. |
