| Exchange Disseminated Time | TD Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 and publication thereof, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares will remain closed from February 01, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) - in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of “Insider Trading”.
