| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/07/2016 14:04:53 | Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following:
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
2. To consider to raise funds through issue of securities through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or preferential allotment.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from July 18, 2016 upto 48 hours after the announcement of results to the Stock exchanges i.e. July 27, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the Directors and Designated Officers of the Company. |
